Far Eastern Fund is about to close the deal for $1 million with HOTLEAD
A resident of Russky Technopark will receive a loan for development and business scaling
/NOVOSTIVL/ The Far Eastern Hi-Tech Fund will invest about 75 million rubles in HOTLEAD, one of the first residents of Russky Technopark and a resident of Skolkovo. The loan is to foster the technological development and business scaling.
HOTLEAD is a cloud telephony service for business with built-in virtual PBX, CRM-system, marketing analytics and phone numbers in 115 cities of Russia and 75 countries. The company successfully took part in the Eastern Economic Forum 2018.
HOTLEAD will receive the funding in a form of a convertible loan. The Far Eastern Hi-Tech Fund will become an owner of 5% of the project immediately, and in 2023 its share will reach 40-49,9%. Another 5% will be received by the Skolkovo Ventures Foundation, one of developer’s consultants. The deal is to be agreed in the middle of june 2019.
